If you'd like to build a better community within your company, you can hire Miror to facilitate Gathering space for employees to come and connect with each other. To be clear – this is not organizational psychology and our work is NOT meant to 'increase productivity' for the company. The intention is to create a space for employees to get to know one another beyond their position and create real relationships. While we know happier employees means better retention; and if colleagues actually enjoy connecting with each other, working on projects together becomes easier.
