The Goodbye Process @ The Salon PGH

The SalonPGH is a women-based organization, and so this is who folks who identify as she/her/they. If you are interested in attending as a he/him/they – please check out our online version of the Goodbye Process. 

When we experience loss and let go, we experience grief. Grief can come in so many forms, and we may not even realize when, where, and how grief comes to us. It is a process. We will be learning and using the Imago Dialogue to explore our grief, and additional feelings, that have come up from our loss. We will use some beautiful dialougues that help guide us to speak our 'Goodbye's' out loud and to each other. We will work in dyads and groups for this series. While it is not mandatory to join all three Gatherings, it is recommended. Do what works best for you.
