About
The Collective Shift: A Gathering Series for Entrepreneurs is a four-part series focused not on the technical aspects of your company, but on you. During our facilitated gatherings, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs on a personal level about the never-ending challenges (and solutions!) of finding a work-life balance, and the journey of creating something from nothing.
*We define entrepreneurs as anyone who is creating something from nothing. Someone who is building their own business, who is their own boss. You do not have to be a startup 'founder.' (That's a loaded phrase!)

We will be learning how to use the Imago Dialogue in this session. A super fun communication technique that using sentence stems, rather than questions. Questions get us into cognitive thinking. Sentence stems gets us to our inner knowing :)

This gathering will be focused on sharing our fears of failure and also how failure has helped us learn what we really want and sometimes forced us to consider and meet wonderful aspects of our life and work we otherwise may have never encountered. This is an opportunity to start creating a localized culture celebrating risk-taking and making mistakes.
