Reflections Circle: Setting Boundaries

Hell YES we DO! Melody Beattie is an acclaimed and beloved best-selling author, and much of that is in response to her writing on codependency.  We can't talk about boundaries without also discussing codependency and codependent relationships.

This Reflection Circle is an opportunity for us to share our challenges and our successes in working to create and define more boundaries in our life.  Many of us were raised to not say 'no,' or that saying 'no' is rude, especially with our "roles" as women.  The goal of coming together on this topic is to recognize we are not alone in the daily practice to hold our boundaries and to also find inspiration and strength in our collective work to more authentically express our needs.

Gatherings are supported by a facilitator that will direct and guide our conversation as we navigate different topics and themes. We’ll be holding these on online and, you can join us from anywhere that has privacy.
