Amanda K Gross

Amanda is an anti-racist organizer and a weaver of people, ideas, and threads. As the founder, author, and creative director of MistressSyndrome.com, she blogs about the interconnectedness of racism, patriarchy, capitalism, and white womanhood and is currently working on a book on that same theme. She is an anti-racist coach and facilitator of White Women's Groups, anti-racist affinity education spaces for status quo and passing white women. As a hand weaver and mixed media fiber artist, she integrates creative practices into her organizing work. Amanda is also a certified yoga instructor at the 200 hour RYT level, trained by YogaRoots On Location's Anti-Racist Raja Yoga School. In addition, she holds an MA in Conflict Transformation from Eastern Mennonite University’s Center for Justice and Peacebuilding and is pursuing a PhD in Expressive Arts Therapy at the European Graduate School in Saas-Fee, Switzerland.
