When we live into our truth, we can change the world. When we know we are enough, we can be compassionate with ourselves, and then compassionate with others. I believe the most important thing we can do is to learn to be kinder to ourselves (ourselves, the collective!) Kinder us, kinder world.
Does that solve all our problems? No. But knowing our enoughness and holding more kindness will make solving the other problems easier.
We love partnering with healers and leaders in the community! If you are interested bringing your community to yours, let's get collaborating.
